We genuinely want you to love what you buy from us. Sarees and ethnic wear are special products, often handcrafted and delicate, so certain return rules are necessary to keep things fair for everyone.

This policy explains everything in simple words, so there is no confusion.

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a simple unboxing video when opening their parcel

1) When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

You can request a return or exchange if:

✅ The item is unused
✅ The item is unwashed
✅ All tags are attached
✅ Original packaging is intact
✅ The item is in the same condition as delivered

📌 Time limit:
You must inform us within 24 hours (1 days) of receiving your order.

2) Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are customized or specially prepared.

These include:

❌ Sarees with fall & picot done
❌ Stitched or customized blouse pieces
❌ Altered or tailor-made items
❌ Accessories or jewelry
❌ Sale or discounted products (unless defective)

3) How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos if there is any problem

Once approved, the product must be sent back within 7 working days.

4) If You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If there is any issue from our side:

📸 Take clear photos or a video
⏳ Inform us within 24 hours

After verification:

✔ Free exchange will be provided
✔ Refund or store credit if replacement unavailable

5) Return Shipping Charges

✅ If the mistake is ours
→ We pay return shipping

✅ If returning due to personal reasons
→ Customer pays shipping

Reverse pickup may be arranged at a small cost.

6) Refund Process

After receiving and checking the product:

💰 Refund processed in 4–7 working days
💳 Sent to your original payment method

Banks may take extra time to show the refund.

7) Exchange Option

If the same item is available, we send a replacement.

If not, you may choose:

✔ Another product of same value
✔ Store credit
✔ Full refund

8) Order Cancellation

⏳ Orders can be cancelled within 1–2 hours of placing
🚚 Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

9) Disclaimer for Color Differences

We try to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to:

    • Mobile or computer screen settings
    • Lighting used during photography
    • Natural shine of fabrics like silk

📌 Example:
A royal blue saree may look brighter on one screen and darker on another. Blue & Green shades may look slightly different on screen compared to real fabric color. Bright or shiny colors like orange, hot pink, and purple can appear different due to lighting and screen display. Dark colors such as black, navy, or dark brown may look very similar in photos. Light colors like white, off-white, grey, and cream can change in appearance depending on studio lighting etc…

👉 Such variation is normal and not a defect.

10) Fabric & Handwork Disclaimer

Handloom and handcrafted sarees may have:

    • Tiny weaving irregularities
    • Minor print differences
    • Slight texture variations

📌 Example:
Two handmade sarees of the same design may not look exactly identical.
This shows authenticity, not a problem.

👉 These are not considered defects.

11) Check the package at Delivery

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If it looks:

❌ Opened
❌ Torn
❌ Damaged

👉 Refuse delivery and inform us with photos.

12) Additional Notes (Common Best Practices)

To maintain fairness and transparency, many reputed saree boutiques follow certain best practices, and we also follow similar standards. Customers are strongly encouraged to record a simple unboxing video when opening their parcel, especially if they suspect damage or a wrong item. This helps in the faster resolution of complaints.

Return requests must always be made within the allowed time window; late requests may not be accepted because we cannot verify the condition of the product after long use or handling. Slight color differences seen on screens are treated as normal and not a valid reason for return, since digital displays vary from device to device.

For international orders, returns and exchanges can be difficult and expensive due to customs and shipping costs, so customers should confirm details before ordering. In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of refunds, and such credits may have a time limit for use.

All returned products must be packed safely to avoid damage during return transit. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

These practices help us protect genuine customers while continuing to offer quality products and fair service.
