At Avilasa Sarees, we follow a customer-first approach. Avilasa Sarees is committed to delivering your sarees, kurtis, and designer blouses safely, securely, and on time. To ensure reliable delivery, Avilasa Sarees partners with trusted and reputed courier companies across India.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed with Avilasa Sarees are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Processing includes quality check, careful packaging, and dispatch preparation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • Free shipping on all Avilasa Sarees orders above ₹999
  • Flat ₹100 shipping fee for orders below ₹999
  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout on Avilasa Sarees

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes serviced by Avilasa Sarees courier partners
  • Avilasa Sarees may apply a small COD fee depending on order value and location
  • Avilasa Sarees reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch

Delivery Timelines

  • India: 7–10 working days after dispatch
  • International: 10–15 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
  • Delivery time: 9 AM – 7 PM
  • Sundays and public holidays are non-working days

Delivery timelines from Avilasa Sarees may vary due to location, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen logistics issues.


Remote or Non-Serviceable Locations

  • Deliveries to remote or special-service pin codes may take additional time
  • If a location is non-serviceable, Avilasa Sarees will inform the customer and offer refund or alternate solutions

Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, Avilasa Sarees shares tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
  • Customers can track their orders in real time using the provided tracking number

Packaging & Safety

  • Avilasa Sarees ensures secure and tamper-proof packaging
  • Customers are advised to check the package at delivery
  • If the package looks damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform Avilasa Sarees immediately

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to Avilasa Sarees
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges

Lost or Marked Delivered Orders

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, customers must notify Avilasa Sarees within 48 hours
  • Avilasa Sarees will coordinate with the courier to investigate

Taxes & Customs Duties

  • All Avilasa Sarees prices within India include GST
  • For international orders, import duties, VAT, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • Avilasa Sarees does not reimburse customs charges

Delays & Unavoidable Circumstances

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Festivals or peak seasons
  • Strikes or transport issues
  • Natural events or regional restrictions

In such cases, Avilasa Sarees will support exchanges or replacements where applicable, but refunds/returns due to delay alone may not be possible.


Address Changes

  • Address changes are accepted only before dispatch
  • Changes must be within the same state
  • Avilasa Sarees cannot modify the address after shipment

Order Cancellations

  • Avilasa Sarees reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions
  • Customers will be informed and refunded promptly if cancellation occurs
